Shipping & Returns
From receipt of your order, subject to the item not having gone out of stock, we hope to be able to deliver your purchase to you within 5 days. We will e-mail you to let you know when the purchase has been dispatched. Please note that the credit/debit cards are debited as the order is placed.
Please note any orders placed over the Christmas and New Year period whilst we are closed, will not be dispatched until we are officially open in January. Please check our opening times.

Within the united kingdom
Royal Mail 2nd class signed for – £3.50. Allow 5-7 days, will require signature on delivery.
Royal Mail 1st class recorded – £5.00. Allow 1-5 days, will require signature on delivery.
Royal Mail Special Delivery – £7.50.Guaranteed next day delivery.Please place orders for next day service by midday Tuesday Friday; we regret we cannot dispatch on a Sunday or Monday.
For dispatch on Saturday orders will need to be received by 10am.
USA / Canada – £15.00
Elsewhere – £17.50
All items are supplied in Kaizen Antiques & Jewellery branded packaging which includes a box and a gift bag.
We hope that you will be delighted with every purchase that you make from us, but if for any reason you are not entirely happy, please return the item to us for exchange or refund.
If you are not happy with your product on receipt, then as long as you return it to us unused, in its original condition and in the original packaging within 7 days of receipt, then we will refund you the full price you paid within 30 days of receiving the returned item. We regret we are unable to refund postage and packaging costs.
For hygiene reasons, we regret that, unless faulty, earrings for pierced ears are not returnable.
Although all items are checked for quality, very occasionally items slip through the net and in these instances we are happy to replace or refund any item. Kaizen Antiques &Jewellery will refund return postage costs and replacement items will also be sent to you free of P&P charges.
Kaizen Antiques & Jewellery will not accept return items that have been damaged through misuse, neglect, accident or intent howsoever caused. Neither are we able to accept responsibility for goods damaged in transit.
Returning a purchase
To enable us to deal with your returned item as efficiently as possible, we would appreciate it if you would follow these steps:
e-mail us at firstname.lastname@example.org to let us know that you wish to return an item. We will e-mail you a returns form which we ask that you print and return with your item.
Please ensure the items are well packaged and protected we would recommend bubble wrap and either boxes or jiffy type mailing envelope.
We would suggest that all items are sent by Royal Mail Recorded or Special Delivery and that you obtain a certificate of postage which you keep as your proof of purchase.
Regrettably we cannot be responsible for Returns that do not reach us. If the package is lost or stolen you are responsible for claiming compensation from the Royal Mail. Please note that recorded delivery does not offer compensation for jewellery.
